IIImpact is a UX agency from Austin, Texas. I was given two projects: Redesign their website, iiimpact.com, and redesign one of their in-house projects, tenantdispute.com.
The goal of the website redesign was to tell a better story of what we offered, including our services and style. The three "I"s in the name "IIImpact" each represented a service: Visual, UX and Development.
Since we had limited work examples, a less traditional, horizontal layout better showcased our work.
Instead of a regular contact form, I went with a conversational form, AKA a "chat bot". Conversational forms turn web forms into conversations, allowing developers and designers to engage with users in a more compelling and conversational way.
